DAY 0 - ARRIVAL IN DEHRADUN
- Pick-up from Dehradun Airport/Railway Station
- Check-in at hotel for relaxation and dinner
DAY 1- DEHRADUN – KEDARNATH JI
- Morning departure (10 am – 12 pm) to Sahastradhara helipad
- Helicopter flight to Sitapur, then to Kedarnath Ji helipad
- 15-minute walk to Kedarnath temple for VIP darshan
- Return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay
DAY 2: KEDARNATH JI – BADRINATH JI
- Arrival at Badrinath Ji, check-in at Hotel Sarovar Portico
- VIP darshan at Badrinath Ji temple
- Lunch and sightseeing in Mana village
- Optional evening Shayan Arti, dinner, and overnight stay at hotel
DAY 3: BADRINATH JI – DEHRADUN
- Breakfast and check-out, drive to Badrinath Ji helipad
- Arrival at Sahastradhara (11 am – 2 pm)
Collect luggage and transfer to airport/railway station, concluding the package.
The package includes:
- Airport transfers in Dehradun/Haridwar with a complimentary 4-star
hotel stay (twin sharing with dinner). - Ganga Aarti at Haridwar (subject to stay).
- Helicopter services to Kedarnath and Badrinath.
- Ground handling and in-flight refreshments
- VIP Darshan at Kedarnath and Badrinath.
- Shuttle services and vehicle costs in Badrinath.
- Night stay at Hotel Sarovar Portico Badrinath or similar
(twin sharing with all meals) - Sightseeing in Mana Village and Shayan Aarti (upon request).
- Helicopter handling and landing charges, including GST.
Terms and Conditions:
- Children over 2 years are full passengers.
- Hotels may change if the booked one is sold out.
- Booking confirmed with 50% deposit; full payment due 15 days before journey.
- Rescheduling allowed with 10% extra charge if requested 10 days prior; otherwise, booking is treated as cancelled.
- Flights depend on helicopter weight and balance.
- Aero divine Aviation may alter itineraries due to weather or unforeseen issues.
Guidelines for Passengers:
- Adhere to COVID-19 measures set by State & Central Governments, confirmed byAero divine Aviation 2-3 weeks prior to arrival. Non-compliance results in boarding denial without refunds.
- Fixed departures require timely reporting as per scheduled ETDs.
- Limited luggage: only 5 kg allowed per passenger; soft bags only, no suitcases.
- Excess baggage may incur additional costs for YAMUNOTRI Palki & Kedarnath Dham Shuttle Service.
- Pack woolen clothes, raincoats, and a medical kit for high-altitude areas.
- If the tour can’t be completed due to weather or technical issues, the company will attempt a next-day completion, with liability limited to refunds for unused sectors.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 20 days before the journey: 25% of the total amount
- Between 10 to 15 days before the journey: 50% of the total amount
- 10 days or less before the journey: No refund available
