At Aero Divine Aviation, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are handled for our helicopter charter, pilgrimage, wedding, corporate, and aviation related services.
By booking a service through Aero Divine Aviation, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be considered confirmed only after:
- Payment has been successfully received.
- Required documents have been submitted.
- Aero Divine Aviation has issued a booking confirmation.
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Travel
- Up to 80% refund may be provided after deducting applicable charges.
Cancellation Between 15–30 Days Before Travel
- Up to 50% refund may be provided.
Cancellation Between 7–14 Days Before Travel
- Up to 25% refund may be provided.
Cancellation Within 7 Days of Travel
- No refund will generally be available.
No-Show
No refund will be given if:
- The passenger does not arrive on time.
- Required ID or documents are not provided.
- Boarding is denied due to safety or legal reasons.
Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to change your travel date, please contact us as early as possible.
Rescheduling is subject to:
- Aircraft availability
- Route availability
- Weather conditions
- Operational approvals
Additional charges may apply if the new booking date has higher costs.
Weather & Operational Cancellations
Helicopter services depend heavily on weather and safety conditions.
Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to:
- Bad weather
- Poor visibility
- Heavy rain or snowfall
- Government restrictions
- Technical or safety issues
In such cases, passengers may be offered:
- An alternative travel date
- A future travel credit
- A refund, depending on the operator’s policy and circumstances
Safety will always be our top priority.
Pilgrimage Helicopter Bookings
For services such as:
- Kedarnath Yatra
- Char Dham Yatra
- Vaishno Devi Yatra
- Amarnath Yatra
Refunds and cancellations may also depend on:
- Government guidelines
- Shrine Board rules
- Helicopter operator policies
Aero Divine Aviation will assist customers throughout the process but cannot guarantee refunds where third-party operators are involved.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are usually processed within:
7–21 business days
The actual time may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or payment method.
Refunds will be sent through the original payment method whenever possible.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges may not be refundable:
- Government fees
- Permit charges
- Processing fees
- Banking charges
- Taxes and GST (where applicable)
- Special service charges
Cancellation by Aero Divine Aviation
If Aero Divine Aviation cancels a booking due to operational, technical, or safety reasons, customers may receive:
- An alternative booking option
- A future travel credit
- A refund, depending on the situation
